BSOD on MEMORY_MANAGEMENT, help needed

Hi there,

I am having constant bsods with my new laptop pc that I bought back in mid April. The laptop worked fine for the first month, but started to show issues from the 24th of last month. Not only games started to crash constantly, many blue screens started to appear as well and I was unable to find the culprit.

Error codes included "kernel heap corruption", "kmode exception not handled" , "memory management", and others that I may have forgotten. Most of the bsods happen during gaming, with the exception of "memory management", which happens even on idle. I have tried various ways to try to solve the problem, such as sfc /scannow, chkdsk /f, dism, updating and rolling back different drivers, uninstalling apps, antivirus scans, but none of the above worked as the bsods keep showing up.

As one of my last resorts, I decided to do a system factory restore a few hours ago and hope it works, but sadly the bsod appears again. It first appeared during the user setup after the system restore. After it restarted, I was able to setup the laptop but not long after signing in, it bsod again. Both bsod's error code are "MEMORY_MANAGEMENT". I really need help on what to do now.

Below I attach the 2 minidump files of the bsod that occurred after I restored the laptop

Thanks in advance,

    Hi Dom1223,

I'm Paul and I'm here to help you with your concern.

MEMORY_MANAGEMENT BSOD error is mostly caused by a faulty RAM/Memory so I will first recommend that you test the RAM using MEMTest86. Make sure to have at least 8 full passes for a near conclusive result.

Follow the guide from the link below.

    https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/14201-memte...

    Let me know the result.

    Thanks.

Yes, the best option is to bring your PC to a technician to check and replace the RAM.

    Hello,

I followed the instructions for the memtest86 but was unable to boot it. It says "Secure Boot Violation" when I tried to boot it with the flashdrive, and I was unable to turn off secure boot in the BIOS menu as it was greyed out. Any help?

    UPDATE:

So it seems that memtest86+ (the link you've given me) needs secure boot diabled but memtest86 doesn't, so i was able to boot with the latter option. However, a minute into the test it said failed, it aborted due to too many errors. I tried it again and the results were same. According to the results I got over 10000 errors during test 3 and 4 during both test respectively.

Is it safe to assume that the ram is the main problem now?
