So I used to use my usb hard drive to watch videos on my ps4 but it’s not working now for some reason. It’s formatted correctly with the fat32 format, but now when I get on my media player the name displayed on it is Western Digital My Passport 070A, which is not what it’s called when it’s on my computer. When I click it nothing comes up on the media player. The files should be named right to show up but they still won’t. Does anyone know where I went wrong?

May I know if you have tried to format the USB drive? Paste its content on your computer, format it and paste the content again to the USB.
