Please try the following methods below.
**Use your Antivirus software to scan your computer for any virus or malware.
Please try to scan your system using the free edition of Malwarebytes.

**Set PC to best Performance
Press Windows key+R to open Run then copy paste the following:
%windir%\system32\SystemPropertiesPerformance.exe
Press Enter. Under Visual Effects, select "Adjust for best performance"
Click Apply then Hit Ok
Note: You'll notice that this will reduce appearance on your system but will greatly improve the performance of your computer.
**Perform a Clean Boot
Determine whether a background program or a software conflict is causing the issue.
Press Windows key+R to open Run then type: msconfig
Select System Configuration > go to the Services tab.
Select and make sure to put a check mark on "Hide all Microsoft services"
Click Disable all.
Go to Startup tab > Open Task Manager > Disable all the unnecessary services running there. Restart your computer.
