My motherboard is Gigabyte GA-H81M-S1 rev 2.1, the PC sometimes gets stuck on a screen where it says Gigabyte in big letters and there's a circular turning icon, right after when it's supposed to launch 64 bit Windows 10 Pro.

Why does it happen ? What can I do ?

    Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

    When this behavior happens, do you force the computer to shut down, and when you turn it back on, Windows starts normally?

    Disable the "Fast Startup" feature. On some computers, this feature may not work correctly.

    1. Press "Windows + R", type powercfg.cpl and press "Enter";
    2. In the left panel, select "Choose what the power button does";
    3. Uncheck "Turn on fast startup" and click "Save changes".

    Note: If the setting is not available to be changed, click on "Change settings that are currently unavailable" at the top of the page.

    1. Restart the PC

    I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions.

    Place the computer into clean boot:

    Reboot from clean boot > open task manager > click > startup tab > post an image or share link displaying the full box

    It happens sometimes but I'm not sure if it only occurs when turning on or if it also occurs when it is restarted.

    How often does this behavior occur?

    Can you tell me if this only occurs when the computer is turning on or also occurs when it is restarted?

    Also, send a screenshot of your system information.

    • Press "Windows + R", type msinfo32 and press Enter.

    Maximize the window and use the shortcut "Windows + Shift + S" to take a screenshot.

    I wait or push the restart button on my case, yes Windows starts normally. I had already disabled fast startup previously, this has been happening despite that.
