These are alternative options that you may or may not be able to use.
See if you can find a friend, neighbor, relative, or local computer store that may be able to create the tools needed for troubleshooting.
Each HP computer may have default HP UEFI hardware diagnostics.
These may have a component section.
The system testing is designed to interrupt the test and display an error message and code. So testing is incomplete.
If there is a component section then launch it and test the hardware components separately:
RAM
Motherboard
GPU
CPU
Drive
etc.
For each drive test > take pictures and post images into this thread
HP has up to date UEFI hardware diagnostics that can be added to a bootable flash drive.
It does not require a drive format before installing the software.
A working computer is needed to download the software onto a bootable flash drive.
A public library may have the option to download the software onto an existing bootable flash drive.
If not then see if you can find a friend, neighbor, relative, or local computer store that may be able to download the software onto a bootable flash drive.
This is the link for HP UEFI hardware diagnostics that can be installed on a bootable flash drive (without requiring a format of the flash drive):

See this link for methods to create a bootable flash drive: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/2376-create-bootable-usb-flash-drive-install-windows-10-a.html
The tests to perform on the disk drive are:
Long generic or Long DST
Plan to back up important files to another disk drive.
This can be accomplished by:
a) moving the disk drive to an empty bay of a working computer
b) moving the disk drive to a HD enclosure and then connecting the HD enclosure to a working computer
