How to turn on wireless capability

How can I turn on wireless capability please can someone help me I've watch many videos in YouTube how to turn on it but nothing work I can't turn on wifi and bluetooth I'm using windows 11 my laptop have a problem too last time the problem is in wifi too so I tried network reset but this time it won't work

    What is the manufacturer and model of your computer?

    Can you see the Wi-Fi adapter in Device Manager?

    • Press "Windows + X" and select "Device Manager". Then expand "Network adapters".

    If not visible, see if enabling "Show hidden devices" will make the adapter visible.

    1. On Device Manager, click on the "View" menu and select "Show hidden devices";
    2. Expand "Network adapters";
    3. If the Wi-Fi adapter is listed, right-click and select "Properties". Check if there is an error in "Device Status".

    Thanks for the clarification.

    Glad the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are working now.

    However, from the specifications of this model, I saw that it does not support Windows 11. Only the processor is 11 years old. As for the drivers, I didn't even find them.

    This notebook may work fine in Windows 10, but there is a risk that some functions may not work properly in Windows 11.
