But if try connect 2 gamepad, gamepad not connect (Try connecting your device again).

If delete 1 gamepad, gamepad №2 connected and work fine, but not connect gamepad №1.

Alone work fine, but do not connect together. How to fix this bug?

Problem on laptom whis integrated bluetooth adapter on Windows 11, and on PC with bluetooth dongle on Windows 10.

Troubleshooting - does not help.

Reinstall bluetooth driver - does not help.

This gamepads not have drivers.

Android - gamepads work fine together.

Ubuntu, Linux Mint - gamepads work fine together.

    This gamepads not have drivers.

There is no driver at all.

If the new versions of Windows have a problem with this, then it is impossible to connect at all multi controllers?

Old version Windows will support this, but new version does not!?

I paid for the license, I paid for the gamepads, and now I can't use it, I understand correctly?

Windows 10/11 and Windows 8.1 have many differences, using a driver that is not designed for Windows 10/11 on Windows 10/11 could cause system unstable, or Windows would even crash or un-bootable after this. If you still decide to have a try, please take a full backup of your system and then follow these steps:

    1. On Windows 8.1, go to folder: C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository
    2. You will find a folder has a name like: bthleenum.inf_xxxxxxxx, copy the whole folder to your Windows 10.
    3. In the Device Manager of Windows 10, right click on your gamepad and select Update Driver.
    4. Click Browse my computer for driver software and then click Browse.
    5. Select the folder you just copy, then follow the wizard to finish the"driver update".

    Hi Vetal_111,

I highly understand the inconvenience this issue has brought to you, but please allow me to explain more that any hardware connected to Windows needs a driver to work (with Windows). We can say there are two kinds of drivers, the first one is the universal driver, and usually only basic functions of a hardware will work under Windows this this kind of drivers; another kind of drivers are for some hardware have advanced features, and hardware's manufacture will provide a specified on their website, users can download and install this driver so that these features can be recognized and work with other hardware and software – some manufacture will also give drivers to Microsoft, if a driver can pass the WHQL test, it can be "integrated" to Windows so that users do not need to manually install it. Here is an article about how a driver works:

What is a driver? - Windows drivers | Microsoft Docs

In our case, it looks like only the basic functions can work on a single controller, I am afraid we will need a driver from the manufacture if we want multi controller can be connected at the same time.

Please feel free to let me know how it goes.

    Best Regards,
