Hi Allen, I am Paulo and I'd like to help.
I just checked some old threads with issues similar to this printer model in Windows 10 and found a suggestion that might work. I just updated some of the steps given by Do_Shiny from this thread and you can check if this works for you
https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...
- Go into Settings
- Go into Printers & scanners
- Add a printer or scanner
- After the search was completed, click on the "The printer that I want isn't listed".
- Click on "Add a local printer or network printer with manual settings
- Select "USB001 (virtual printer port for USB)" If USB001 is not in the list or didn't work, try another port
- Hit Next
- Pick the Epson Stylus CX6600
9 Use the driver that is currently installed - and hit NEXT.
- After this I had to power cycle the printer
