I can’t get into my computer at all!!

A Windows Reset can sometimes result in an unstable operating system, the best option is to perform another reset to see if that stabilize Windows.

On the login screen, at the bottom, click the Power icon

Press the Shift Key and click Restart

Your PC will boot into the Windows Recovery Environment

Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Options - Reset this PC

Choose to keep nothing

Then start the Reset

I am waiting for mine to reset. But I have had to change my password so many times, I don't know if it knows. I am trying to get on my old Laptop and hate when it tells me to go to a web page - how can you do that if you cannot get on the Laptop? I understand they are "protecting my computer". But I am the only one that it is protected from?

If you still cannot log into that newly reset Windows, even if you change the password on your Microsoft Account online, then really the only option is to clean install Windows from a bootable USB.

Alright I reset it again and now I’m back to a login screen and when I type my password it says “password is incorrect. Make sure you are using the password to your Microsoft account. If you can’t remember you can reset it at the Lock Screen or a link”
