If you have UEFI settings in the BIOS it means it has the modern UEFI interface that has been the standard for ten years. Any factory install would come with a UEFI install, not CSM or Legacy. Those modes only get installed by users who dont' know any better. So unless you know for sure it was reinstalled in CSM Legacy mode, go into the BIOS setup an set UEFI enabled, CSM Legacy disabled, Secure Boot enabled, and WIndows Boot Manager first to boot. Select Save and Exit to save settings. Try starting Windows again.

Did anyone set a hard drive password in BIOS? Setting passwords in BIOS is dangerous because there is almost no way to recover them except shipping the PC back to Asus which means it must still be under warranty. What is the exact error for hard drive locked?

Based on the results you post back I may have other suggestions if necessary.

I actually don't know how my hard disk got locked, last time my brother had played Minecraft on it. Then I used for my projects and shut it down and went to bed. I usually open my laptop at morning so I can re-work on my project but I didn't open it that day because I had some works. When I return home and check my computer it was at where I left but indicators (charging indicators like light in laptop) was blinking, when I open it I was stuck at Setup Utility, I tried every method I could to fix it by following steps in YouTube and internet but non of them worked. Then few days ago I again try by re-installing Windows but it didn't show me hard drive so I went to recovery option and clicked at Fresh Your PC but it showed me that my Hard drive was locked.

I have got stuck in setup utility twice before, at first time it was automatically fixed by not using it for like 2-3 months then second time I sent to repairer, he told me that he had to re-install hard drive as it was corrupted or something like that, and now again I am stuck here.

What is the exact error you're getting that says Windows is locked.

What about all of the fixes I gave you in my last post that were ignored. There were multiple tutorials with dozens of steps to try. I also wrote out important steps to take for your BIOS, and asked you several questions that were ignored. Did you even read my last post?

This is an interactive process. I give steps to perform, you do each one and then report back results until something works, so I know what to suggest next. If you need help performing any step, just ask back. But please do not skip any steps. We often find out the skipped step is the fix.

I tried to re-install but it showed me there was no disk, so i clicked at repair my pc and then i went to refresh your PC where i got to know that my drive is locked, How can I unlock my hard drive?

In that case please do a clean install of windows if the installation media proceeds to that stage.
