Hi Ethaaaaan3-
I'm Kevin B. sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing right now let me help you sort things out.
When did the problem start? Are there any recent changes to the computer prior to starting the problem?
Try to start your computer in safe mode and see if you get the same problem
Start your computer in safemode -
Safemode is a windows environment used to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair damaged Windows system files. While the computer is in safe mode, no 3rd party application, not even an antivirus program, will start, and the selected services Windows needs to run are the only service running on the computer. This ensures that your computer will only use applications and services at a minimal level to avoid conflicting 3rd party applications and services.
Click the link below and follow the instructions to start your computer in Safe Mode.

If your computer can boot to safemode correctly, try performing a system restore on your computer and select the date when your computer is working properly.
Perform a System Restore
-This process will bring your computer's settings back to an earlier point in time when your computer is functioning properly. If any changes are made to your computer that remove the service, System Restore should be able to fix the problem. To perform a system restore, please do the following:
- Open the run window by pressing Windows + R and type rstrui.exe
- When the system restore windows open, it usually suggests a restore point (sometimes not), if so, select the 2nd option and press next
- Select the desired date and time for the restore point and tap next and finish.
Windows will restart the computer to initiate the system restore. System Restore may take several minutes, depending on the current speed of your computer and the changes made. Applications and updates that were installed on your computer before the selected date will be removed. It is important that the process is not interrupted after starting a system restore.
DISCLAIMER:
System Restore is a Windows system recovery tool that can reverse some types of changes made to your operating system. System Restore is used to restore important Windows files and settings - such as drivers, registry keys, system files, installed programs, and more - back to previous versions and settings. With this in mind, all applications and changes made before the selected date will be removed and must be reinstalled if necessary.
Hope this helps and have a blessed day!
Thanks.
