"Hidden Window" app is preventing you from restarting

Hello,

Windows asked me to reboot today and when attempting i got the message...
"Hidden Window" app is preventing you from restarting

This Hidden Window app was green with black swirls and I have no idea what it is or where it came from!!!

    Kindly try to perform Clean Boot.

    • This process will eliminate 3rd party application running in the background of your computer along with services that are not needed to run windows.     Once done, restart your computer and check if the issue still persist.
