Hi,

My Microsoft store isn't opening and by extension neither are apps like NVIDIA control panel. I tried repairing the app using app features but this didn't work. I have also tried reinstalling it using the same feature but it didn't reinstall (I imagine because the store won't open) so it only uninstalled... After doing some research I tried starting the below in the services but got this message:

I then went to troubleshoot and got this:

I have tried some command prompt lines of code to no avail. Anyone got any ideas?

PC Specs:

Processor 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12600KF 3.70 GHz

Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.8 GB usable)

System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

GPU 3060ti

Windows Specs:

Edition Windows 11 Pro

Version 21H2

Installed on ‎03/‎07/‎2022

OS build 22000.778

Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22000.778.0

Thanks

    Hi,

This was resolved with a cloud download reset. Everything works now, shame about my apps & files but oh well. I have them backed up. Thanks again.

    Hi,

I did check it and I have a wired ethernet capable plugged it. For some reason I have no internet & cannot access my start menu or use the search bar. More bugs? I tried o force it out of safe mode with cmd by using a normal Visitor account but. Can't run anything as it says I need an admin password but there is no yes box to continue... It is greyed out.... I can't access anything...

Edit: I just tried the same thing on my laptop and get no internet. At least on my laptop I can login onto an admin account to even run msconfig. My PC is now stuck in safe mode????

    Hi,

Are you not having internet access in safe mode?

To access the internet in safe mode, it is necessary to check the "Network" option in step 2

    2 - Enter Safe Mode

    Press Win+R keys

When opening the "Run" window, type the command: msconfig

The window will open titled "System Configuration"

Then click on the "Boot" tab and "Boot Options"

Check "Safe Boot" and select "Network"

After that, click OK, restart your Windows

And to exit safe mode, perform the following procedure:

    Press Win+R keys

When opening the "Run" window, type the command: msconfig

The window will open titled "System Configuration"

Then click on the "Boot" tab and "Boot Options"

    Uncheck "Safe Boot" option

    Click OK, restart your Windows

well... I got to the safe mode launch but as I signed into my Microsoft account to try to get the store to work a few days ago. I now can't login at all because I don't have access to the internet? So I can't get out of safe mode?
