On task manager, there is Lync and Update. How do I remove them from my laptop. I got these two things from installing office 365 or something?

    Hi Ritter_the_1st

I am Dave, I will help you with this, those are just redundant registry keys, they can be hard to find.

    Close Task Manager.

Click the link below to download a small free utility that does not require installation.

    https://download.sysinternals.com/files/Autorun...

When the file downloads, unzip it.

    Run Autoruns64 as Administrator

In Autoruns, select the Logon tab, you will find those entries there, and you can right click and delete them in Autoruns.
