Hard drive very slow

I recently got a new HDD. It was a replacement for my old 500GB seagate momentus thin. but the problem is, with the new Toshiba 1TB HDD I got, The speeds are very slow. I use a website that compares pc parts and it says the new HDD is better:https://hdd.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Toshiba-MQ01ABD100-1TB-vs-Seagate-Momentus-Thin-54009-25--500GB/m784vsm1080 It also says that the read is 77 MB/s. But when i use a benchmark, it says there's a read speed of 0.2 MB/s. My specs are

-Intel I3-6100

-Nvidia© Geforce© GTX750Ti

-"Redrock" 230W PSU

-128GB SSD

-"TurboX" H110 Chipset Motherboard

-TOSHIBA MQ01ABD100 1TB HDD

I would love to get my HDD Speeds Faster!

P.S: I am currently formatting the drive, if that works, I'll delete this post immediately!

    I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

    Download and install HD Tune. Do a "Benchmark" and "Error Scan" test. You don't need to download the PRO version. The free version will allow you to run the test.

    Send a screenshot of the results and the status at the "Health" tab. Use the shortcut "Windows + Shift + S" to use the screenshot tool.

    Yeah, the seller sait it was "Brand New" anyways, i am going to get a seagate drive yomorrow. Thanks for helping

    This HD has serious problems.

    You said the HD is new. It's probably under warranty.

    I did a test, there was 447 errors! I used quick scan and the unit was gigabytes. Also, the benchmark stopped like 13% of the way through! Here is the picture of "Health"
