Audio Messed Up After Updating Windows 11
I updated my computer and the audio is messed up now. Now the audio has a lot of reverb and I don't know how to fix it. I haven't touched my audio settings and MaxxAudio, but the audio sounds like it has a lot of reverb now.
This is on a windows 11

PowerShell enables system administrators and engineers to automate the tasks that are employed in the IT department or external entities. It also facilitates creating system management tools and batch processing. You can click hereto learn more about it.
If you didn't see Realtek audio, try to right-click on the audio card you can see and select Properties > Switch to the Driver tab > Click Uninstall > After that, visit the brand manufacturer's official website and download the latest version of the driver and install it.
Also, try to go to Start > Type in services, and press Enter key > In the Services window, scroll all the way down to find Windows Audio > Right-click on it and select Restart from the list > Repeat the above process to restart the Windows Audio Endpoint Builder and Remote Procedure Call services as well.
Let me know how it goes!

Welcome to the Microsoft Community.
It is possible that third-party programs or services such as sound cards are not loaded correctly as the system is upgraded. You may try to scan the system files and update the audio driver and see if the problem can be resolved.
- Scan and repair corrupted system files. Search and open Windows PowerShell (Admin) from the Windows Search > Copy and paste the following commands and hit Enter key after each line: SFC /SCANNOW DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /RestoreHealth Allow the process to finish and see if it solves any problems. Restart the device later.
- Update the audio driver.
I hope this helps, and feel free to keep me informed.
Best regards
