I heard attrib command can delete virus. I haven't try this command before. If I use attrib command to delete virus in system32 by deleting S H R in command prompt. Is attrib command by deleting S H R in system32 in command prompt will damage my PC?

The attrib command displays, sets, or removes attributes assigned to files or directories. If used without parameters, attrib displays attributes of all files in the current directory. It does not help to scan or delete virus.
You should use an anti-virus solution like Windows Defender if you would like to scan your system for viruses.
