To fix the issue kindly try the steps below:
1-Go to Settings > System > Display > Change Display Resolution to Recommended. Or, change it to the one that is clear.
2-Make sure its Scale is Recommended.
3-If it is blurry only for a particular app, go to Settings > System > Display > Graphics > Select the app > Options > Change the options to "High Performance".
