I'm trying to set up an NV4as_v4 at US South Central but it seems not to be available anymore. Is there any specific region where it is available?

    Hi @Filipe Macêdo

Thank for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A Platform .

Speaking of your question NV4as_v4 {NVSSv4 Family} is a GPU VM which is only provided with justification/ Business requirements .
Considering the capacity constraints our capacity team would only allow us to provision such VM's on approval .

Please go ahead and create a new Support request from the Quota and limits page so that your requirement would be reviewed and an approval or an alternative would be provided .

    Thanks & Regards ,
    Pradeep

    Hi @Filipe Macêdo ,

you can check the availability of Azure Services by region here: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/global-infrastructure/services/?regions=germany-north,us-east,us-west,us-central,us-east-2,us-north-central,us-south-central,us-west-central,us-west-2,us-west-3&products=virtual-machines

The NV4as_v4 is part of the NVv4-Serie: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-machines/nvv4-series

The NVv4-Serie is available in US South Central so most likely it's related to the quota in your subscription like Pradeep mentioned in his answer.
