I can’t boot the computer even with no usb plugged in. If there is no USB in the computer and I boot it. It will send the same error.
Stuck In POST with Error "USB Device Over Current Status Detected" I cant open my BIOS with any of the keys.
Getting an error stating USB Device Over Current Status Detected but whenever I try to open the BIOS I cant use any of the keys. This is not a keyboard issue but an issue of the fact I cant open my BIOS. I tried looking everywhere for help, I've tried removing and reinstalling the cr2032 battery on my motherboard and it worked the first time but I sadly plugged in another USB and started the same error. That method does not work anymore. I have an ASUS B560-Plus PRIME and have no idea what to do as most of the methods are outdated and do not work in my case. Last ditch effort asking here, have no idea what to do.

There may be a problem on the motherboard, because you cannot get into BIOS and also that one of your USB ports is experiencing an over-current error.
Disconnect from the mains electricity.
Press and hold the power button on the case of your PC for 30 seconds.
Wait 10 minutes
Reconnect your PC to the mains electricity
Start your PC, if you cannot boot int BIOS or Windows, then you will need to take your PC to the PC Repair Shop to get the hardware tested on a bench.

2022-07-31T17:53:57+00:00 All USB’s are unplugged and I can’t load into BIOS, it’s as if the keyboard doesn’t even work. CTRL ALT DEL loads me into the page where it asks to press DEL or F2 and I’ve tried multiple keyboards and still no response.

Sorry, I was offline, by mains electricity, I meant to plug out your PC while performing those steps.

I am Dave, I will help you with this.
That error indicates an error occurred on one of the USB busses a ISB device over-volted, if you disconnect all USB devices, with the exception of a mouse and keyboard, can you then boot into BIOS, if you can, find the option to restore defaults, to see if that resolves that error.
