Hello DitoWibisono
My name is Dayarys, I will try to help you.
Firstly try the steps below:
- Click Start.
- Click Settings.
- Click Apps.
- Scroll down until you find Nahimic.
- Click on it and click Advanced options.
- Scroll down until you find Reset.
- Click Reset and give it a second.
- Once a checkmark appears next to it, restart your PC.
If doesn't help I recommend downloading its driver on the official manufacturer's website instead of updating it from Device Manager.
If your device is compatible with Nahimic, kindy restart your PC several times and open Nahimic after a few minutes
You can also talk with the manufacturer's customer service to assist you more in this regard.
