Hi, I'm Elise, and I'd be happy to help with your issue.
Does anything happen when you press Windows + P on the keyboard to cycle the external display modes?
Kind Regards,
Elise

I’ve had the same two-monitor set-up for approx. 1yr and never had any issues. Now, all of a sudden one monitor either stays off after sleep mode or doesn’t come on when performing a restart. The only way to get both monitors up and running is to shut down the computer and switch it on again. The message I’m getting is “No DP signal”.
Can anyone explain why this came up and/or how to fix it?
Thanks

If you keep pressing this combination cycle until duplicate or extend is highlighted then released.
Kind Regards,
Elise
Thanks Elise.
I've tried that - a side bar opens with 4 options:
but it didn't take care of the problem. Any other ideas (or do I need to click on one of the above?
When the problem occur, this will cycle the display mode and hopefully send the signal to the other display.
Kind Regards,
Elise
Thanks Elise. Am I pressing Windows + P when the problem occurs or now?
