How to remove keyboard layouts in Windows 10

I've looked and tried other posts but they didn't work for me.

The languages I use on my computer are English (United States) and Spanish (Uruguay). The Keyboard layout of the computer is Latin American.

How can I set things up so I only have English (United States) - United States International Keyboard and Spanish Uruguay - Latin American Keyboard and delete the rest?

Thanks in advance.

Press Winkey + R type regedit and press Enter to open the registry editor.

On the Registry Editor, go to the following keys (you can copy and paste on the address bar)

    HKEY_USERS.DEFAULT\Keyboard Layout\Preload

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Keyboard Layout\Preload

On each one of these keys, on the right side of the window, delete the values below that indicates the keyboards that you want to remove.

    Spanish Mexico - 0000080a

    Spanish Spain - International - 00000c0a

    Hi Rodrigo

Your suggestion unfortunately didn´t work. I'm not shown the Spanish Mexico or Spanish Spain keyboards/language as options. They seem to appear in the taskbar but not as options in the Language menus.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi H2001,

I'm Rodrigo and I will help you.

To set the input languages that show on the input language list, go to Settings > time & Language > Language > Select the language > Options > and under Keyboards, select and remove the unwanted keyboards.
