Windows PowerShell wont stop popping up repeatedly on my computer

Every hour or so windows PowerShell will appear briefly on my screen for a split second then disappear again. I know that it is caused by a task named D B Scheduler but their is so little information that I can find about it that I don't know what to do. I have tried to disable/end/delete the task in task scheduler but it reappears after 30 minutes to an hour, I have even tried changing the task to only activating once but it again changes back to normal after a little while. All I want to know is if anyone has any idea of how to permanently delete this task and if not I was wondering if it would be ok for me to delete windowspoweshell.exe/change its file name without it having any ramifications of my computer.

Thanks.

    THIS DID NOT WORK!

I have the same problem a wmail-endpoint.com and wmail-service ...etc address 'malwarebytes' popup every 15 second i got it from a fake amazon link from a fb page advertising a data entry JOb hiring event yesterday... i tried several solutions:

it seems to be located from C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe

removing an entry from firefox permissions

the old spyboy and malwarebytes scans...

and then later eset which found something with a similar powershell exe address ...

i get no 'D B SCHEDULER' alert i dont think and it happenes every 15 seconds!!

When WIndows Power Shell keeps coming up, it's a good idea to run what is called a System File Checker. Here's how to do it in Windows 10:

    1. Type "Command Prompt" in the text box that says "Type here to search." It's usually at the bottom-left of the screen.
    2. Right-click on "Command Prompt" and then click on "Run as administrator."
    3. When the command prompt appears, type "DISM.exe/Online/Cleanup Image/Restorehealth"

4)Once that operation completes, which can take a while, type "sfc /scannow" Be CERTAIN to include the space between "sfc" and the /.

    1. If it finds and repairs corrupted files, it'll say "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them" when it finishes. In any case, the message will tell you what it found and what else needs to be done, if anything.
    2. Type "exit" when done.
