So as the title of this post says , some letters and numbers on my keyboard won't work i.e I can type the numbers and letters b , c , l , 3 but not a , 1 or 2

I've tried reinstalling the keyboard's drivers , uninstalled them , turned off sticky keys but with no result.

Could someone perhaps help me fix it ?

    Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

    Check that the keyboard layout is correctly configured.

    1. Open Start and select "Settings > Time & Language > Language";
    2. Under "Preferred languages", select the configured language and click on "Options";
    3. Under "Keyboards", select "Add a keyboard";
    4. Select the keyboard layout for the keyboard you have.
    • You can remove the unsupported layout by selecting it and clicking "Remove".

    If it persists, run Keyboard troubleshooter:

    1. Open Start and select "Settings > Update & Security";
    2. In the left panel, select "Troubleshoot";
    3. Select "Additional Troubleshooters";
    4. Select "Keyboard" and click "Run Troubleshooter";

    If it persists, test the keyboard on another device or test with another keyboard and see if the same behavior occurs.

    Feel free to ask back any questions.

    Thanks for the clarification.

    The problem is with the keyboard. It could be caused by dirt inside the keyboard or some defect.

    I suggest you look for a technician you trust to clean the keyboard interior or replace it.

    Have you tested the keyboard on another device or with another keyboard to see if the same behavior occurs?
