Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.
Check that the keyboard layout is correctly configured.
- Open Start and select "Settings > Time & Language > Language";
- Under "Preferred languages", select the configured language and click on "Options";
- Under "Keyboards", select "Add a keyboard";
- Select the keyboard layout for the keyboard you have.
- You can remove the unsupported layout by selecting it and clicking "Remove".
If it persists, run Keyboard troubleshooter:
- Open Start and select "Settings > Update & Security";
- In the left panel, select "Troubleshoot";
- Select "Additional Troubleshooters";
- Select "Keyboard" and click "Run Troubleshooter";
If it persists, test the keyboard on another device or test with another keyboard and see if the same behavior occurs.
Feel free to ask back any questions.
