    Hi Naufal_954

    I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    1
    If your PC is linked to a work or school account, that will cause that error.

    Open the Settings App.

    Go to Accounts.

    Select Emails and Accounts, if there is a work or school Email listed there, remove it.

    Select Access Work or School, if there is a work or school Email listed there, remove it.

    Close the Settings App and restart (not shut down) your PC.

    2
    If you have a 3rd party anti-virus installed, that will cause that error

    3
    If no work or school account is listed and you do not have a 3rd party anti-virus installed, please try this fix.

    Click your Start Button, then just type cmd

    On the resulting list, right click Command Prompt and select 'run as Administrator'

    Paste each of these commands into Command one at a time and press Enter, wait for each command to complete, before running the next command, if you receive an error on any command, ignore that and continue to the next command . . .

    @RUCHIT RAUSHAN

    "right click Command Prompt and select 'run as Administrator'"

    If still no luck, it would be best to stick to your own threads and ask there...
