Can you give more details about this error? What are you doing (or trying to do) when this error occurs? Please send a screenshot of the error.I don't have one right now. I might have the sheet somewhere. I really need help~, please. The computer goes into loop mode. if I remember correctly error # 125.01.0.2 I SPOKE WITH MICROSOFT AND SAID IT'S MY CABLE CO. I called it's fine. Neatgear is fine. My husband checked the computer as much as he could. I installed Norton 365 Lifelock and this all started after the guy dialed in and said he removed it. I found it still in exe. I saw videos on this on youtube. why could he not help me? i need someone to dial in who can help me.

- Checking the connection
- Checking the proxy and the firewall ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
