How do I properly delete the game files?

I dont know how but the games I deleted in Epic Games launcher are still in there. The files are still in there taking up space, but in the launcher, Its like I already uninstalled it. https://imgur.com/a/bVUGDI9I also cant find the game in the apps and features and even in the regedit uninstall folder

    You seem to be using TreeSize or some other utility to view those files, are you not able to right click and delete those game folders from there?

    or if you go into the Epic Games Launcher, can you change the install folder location to another folder, then try to delete those game folders?

    Another option would be to use the free version of Revo Uninstaller to see if that can find those games and remove them for you.

    Rest assured, deleting a game folder will not affect the Windows Registry, you do not need to worry about that.

    I can delete the folder but I'm scared that It might mess something like the registry
