Audio Driver Missing on Samsung Galaxy Book2 Pro

Hi,

My Galaxy Book2 Pro came with a Win11, but I installed a Win10 on it instead.

Today I found out that the speaker is not working. Then I tried to uninstall the audio driver on Device manager, but couldn't find it. No changes were applied after scanning for hardware changes.

After that, I tried to run the Windows update and Samsung Update. Both returned nothing

Does anyone know where I can download the proper audio driver for my Galaxy book?

    Hi Alvin,

    I first extracted all the drivers from my Windows 11 install using "dism". Afterward installed Windows 10 and pointed all the missing drivers to that folder. All the devices show installed in my device manager now. It isn't necessary to download the drivers from the Samsung website or Microsoft store app.

    This is the command I used inside Windows 11 to obtain all the drivers:

    "DISM /online /export-driver /destination:D:\Drivers" where "D:\Drivers" refers to the location where you want to export the drivers.

    If you have already overwritten the Windows 11, you need to find someone with a working Windows 11 install in their Galaxy Book to help you out.

    Hi Dave,

    Thank you for the reply. Unfortunately, Samsung's support page only provides User manuals for us to download. I cant find any drivers on their website.

    Hi Alvin

    I have searched high and low, I cannot work out what type of audio is on your laptop, the Samsung website is useless, you will need to contact Samsung support to get them to provide you with the driver package.

    I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    The best place to get drivers for your laptop is from the Samsung website, I think the page below is the support page for your laptop.

    If you have any difficulty on that support page, I need some more information on your laptop, because there area few versions of your laptop, and I will find the exact driver you need.

    Click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.
