Uninstall logitech's software.
C615 is a UVC compliant webcam, it should work on Windows 11 without any software.

For Logitech Webcam C615 if not working one solution is go to Device Manager, right click and select Update Driver. Select from My Computer and use USB Video Device, not Logitech HD Webcam C615.
Problem was my C615 would not start on one laptop with Win11, but did on another also with Win11. Tried MS support and Kaspersky but still not recognised in Teams or Camera. In device manager - driver not present and error code 39 'Windows cannot load the device driver.'
Updated using Logitech software Win10 version, still not working.

You obtain the drivers for the device via Logi support
FWIW my win11 desktop with an MS HD cam is not fully supported on my sys.
