Overclocking Failed

I have an older computer with Win 10, I had someone update the Bios (I think) maybe two years ago and it's been running very well.

I hope this is an easy fix!

    Hey Luis that sounds easy but how do I get to the bios?

    Hello JoeFromSd, welcome to the Microsoft community, I'll be happy to help you today;

    I understand that you are having problems with Overclocking;

    Initially I suggest you try to reset your Bios settings;

    Access the Bios and press the F5 key;

    Save the changes and exit the Bios;

    Check if the error message is still displayed;

    Dear JoeFromSd,resetting will leave the Bios settings as default;

    If you don't reset the Bios you will not be able to access the system;

    OK! What will resetting the bios do to the computer, and what happens if I don't reset them?
