too many user accounts

one user on my pc why do i need a default account and a public account and a all users accountand a default account and a default users account and then my account.
i dont want all this **** on here i dont want an admistrator acount all i want is my account on my pc. i want my phone to be a phone and a wallet and to access my mail. nothing motr i want the tablet i bought as a extra tv to be ussed as a phone and a tv and to check my email nothing more and i want my pc to act and look like a desktop pc and do everything. i want to cut off all gps period i dont want to be followed watched or listend to or tracked i dont want my shoping habbits tracked i dont want my internet history tracked . i just want to live and actually own the things i spend money on. i want to touch them and be able to say no and be heard.
as a matter of fact i told support they could not remote connect to my pc and they did any way . i said no! also i started off with a windows 10 pro no experance package now i some how have the same version of windows my husband uses and i hate it and didnt want it and did not okay downloading updates form other pcs on network . i got a new pc because i wanted off his version of windows. why cant we be allowed to decide what we want any more. who died and made the internet richies god? this goes under the topic of gebnral and oyu have no other topic . i simply want to have the room back you take up with things i dont use or want.i want my windows to stop crashing because facebook took up too much memory and edge is running in the back gound even tho i have disabled it.

    Browsing History/tracking is not a win feature its provided by your unknown browser

    Facebook is a third party app and any Privacy is part of your Facebook account settings

    Installing any version of win provides various user accounts.

    Some apps wont function unless installed under a win User Admin account and run under that win admin account

    why? i dont understand why . i am the only user all this should be in my account folder there should be no need for all the space taken up for empty folders seriously i dont need all these accounts when they could all go in one folder under my account name . it is redundent and makes things harder to find takes too much space and i want to be able to control my pc i dont know hwo to put what i am trying to communicate but reaklly tired of all the **** you just have to except and never use or need.
