Hello Salvatore gatto1,
Glad to see you in Microsoft Community.
Do you use Google Drive? Has the file explorer set as "show hidden files"?
This file appears to be a temporary file synced by Google Drive, which should be hidden under normal circumstances.
You probably have your desktop set up as a synced folder. So there is a problem with the file being generated on the desktop or Google Drive.
This file can be hidden by turning off "Show hidden files and folders".
Press Win+E to open File Explorer. Click "View" - uncheck "Show hidden files and folders"
If there is anything not clear, please do not hesitate to let me know.
