You can restore from an HTML backup of your bookmarks, only if you have made one previously.

However, you can get the missing bookmarks stored locally from another device if you haven't yet synced those bookmarks to the Chrome servers. So if you have another computer/device, first disconnect the internet from that computer. Then start the computer and download your bookmarks as an HTML file.

Hi Gennady. I'm Greg, 10 years awarded Windows MVP, here to help you.

The folder is usually directly deleted but you can check the Recycle Bin just in case: https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-restore-deleted...

Another long shot but you can try to System Restore to a point before the folder was deleted: https://itechhacks.com/system-restore-windows-11/

If not then Chrome let's you sign in to sync Favorites. You may be able to restore Chrome bookmarks from it's sync history or another way given here: https://windowsreport.com/chrome-bookmarks-disa...

(Avoid ad links which intrude into editorial copy, especially avoid Restoro, PC Repair Tool and Reimage ads)

Report back results for each step so I know what else to suggest.

Feel free to ask back any questions. Based on the results you post back I may have other suggestions if necessary.
