The folder is usually directly deleted but you can check the Recycle Bin just in case: https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-restore-deleted...
Another long shot but you can try to System Restore to a point before the folder was deleted: https://itechhacks.com/system-restore-windows-11/
If not then Chrome let's you sign in to sync Favorites. You may be able to restore Chrome bookmarks from it's sync history or another way given here: https://windowsreport.com/chrome-bookmarks-disa...
(Avoid ad links which intrude into editorial copy, especially avoid Restoro, PC Repair Tool and Reimage ads)
