    Hi RuchiAgarwal15,

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

That indicates your laptop is trying to boot from a network drive, not the internal drive.

    1

What are the beep codes you hear when you start the laptop, is there a pattern to the beep codes?

    2

Boot your laptop into BIOS (F2 on the Dell logo screen)

Find the option to restore BIOS defaults on the Save tab, apply that, save those settings and restart your laptop, does it boot into Windows?

PXE is a method that network administrators use to boot network computers that are in Sleep or Hibernation. This is normally done overnight, to perform maintenance or to install updates.

One of two things are causing the message:

1- You are using a computer that formerly belonged to some organization's network where PXE booting was enabled.

    -or-

2- Someone made incorrect changes to your BIOS and enabled PXE booting.

If your computer formerly belonged to an organization's network, you may not be able to disable PXE booting without blanking the CMOS chip (where the BIOS is stored.)

If incorrect changes were made to the BIOS, restore the BIOS to its default settings.

    Hi RuchiAgarwal15,

If no drive is detected by the Diagnostics test, that drive may have failed, you will need to take your laptop to the PC Repair Shop to have the drive tested.
