please guide me

What is the error and the context in which you get it? Please include the text of the error. The image is difficult to read and doesn't include the information needed to help you.

What version of AndroidX are you using and which version of Android are you targeting? Make sure those are in sync - the latest versions of AndroidX require the latest versions of Android. If you include AndroidX 1.7 you need to compile for API level 31.

Error NU1101 Unable to find package Xamarin.AndroidX.AppCompat. No packages exist with this id in source(s): Microsoft Visual Studio Offline

Please open Tools -> Nuget Package Manager -> Package Source to check if the nuget.org package source is missing. If so, click the '+' menu to add the source manaually:
