Hi Pacobell, glad to help!
What is Browser Assistant Updater which is missing a .dll and should I be concerned?
The subject identifies the question and the concern. Not sure what happened to the .dll file but scanning the internet there were comments regarding virus.

I am Dave, I will help you with this.
Browser Assistant Updater is considered to be malware, open Defender or your preferred anti-virus, then perform an offline scan, your PC will restart to run that scan outside windows, then when your PC restarts, download the free version of Malwarebytes and perform a full scan with that.
