I want to make <shift>+P become my country's currency

Alt + 8369 in the numpad

It would be nice if I can just quickly type it by pressing shift key + P key... Is this possible from windows without any additional software or programs

Hi illGordon3, I am Paulo and I'd like to help.

It's not possible with just the Shift key but it is possible If it is Ctrl + Shift or Ctrl + Alt. In Word, click Insert > Symbol > More Symbol. Locate the Peso sign then click the Shortcut key button. Press your desired new shortcut key for the Peso sign and then Assign.
