Windows Animation and Gigabyte BIOS not showing on startup

Hey,

So whenever I start my computer, a black screen appears and then after like 5-10 seconds my user choice pops up.

The windows animation does not appear, nor does my Gigabyte BIOS option before that.

I need to go onto my BIOS but i do not know why it is not letting me see the option for it.

I have not changed any setting as far as i am concerned and none of my hardware is damaged.

It happened all of a sudden to be honest.

    Hi Shirsendu_983,

I'm Rodrigo and I will help you.

Gigabyte motherboards have the Ultrafast boot, which boots very fast but doesn't let you access the BIOS setup.

To access the BIOS setup, open the Start Menu > Power > Hold Shift and click on Restart. This will force the system to boot on the recovery environment.

On the Recovery Environment > Go to Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > and select UEFI Firmware Settings > Restart.

Generally the win 11 start up takes you to the win user log-in, not any Bios selection

Usually there is a shortcut key to be pressed to access Bios on start up

The shortcut is that given by the PC maker
