If I burn it "like a flash drive" my vehicle won't read it, but the other option is an audio cd, which is not what I want.
I can burn it with my XP machine and the vehicle reads it with no problem, but not Windows 10.

The best option is to burn the disk in Windows File Explorer, not Windows Media player, then you can select Data CD and just drag the files onto the CD and finally click Burn
Is it possible to finalize the disk if I use the "like a flash drive" option?
No, the only two options that it offers us an audio cd with windows media player and like a flash drive.

An MP3 disk should be burned as a Data CD, not an Audio CD and not as a USB Flash Drive, because that option does not finalize the disk.
Do you not have the option to burn as a Data CD and then start adding the MP3 files?
