Theres some probelm with my window 7,it took like 8 minutes to complety bootup and login, everytime after i login the desktop is a complety black screen and it took more 3 minutes to load the window UI and desktop. And i cant even using the web browser like a normal person. Its extremely laggy.i checked the RAM and CPU so i can say that i have no probelm with it.So it must be the disk. Then i tried deleted  all unwanted  files and folders(temp prefetch). chkdsk, disc clean up , disk degfrag, applications tools bars etc. I have tried  Microsoft  performance troubleshooter, fix its, sfc /scannow  I have ran Safety scanner..And nothing work,i dont know what to do know,my HDD is just the definition of slow.

Most likely cause of your problem is a failing hard drive. Laptop hard drives have a life expectancy of 5 years. Replace it before you do a re-install. When you buy the replacement, make certain that it is a 7200rpm one instead of 5400. Or you could install a 1TB SSD. SSD's will definitely improve startup times, but do not have a big leg up over 7200 rpm drives for normal operations. May be better for games.

An increase in memory will help, but not all that much.

If you have not installed SP1, you are far from done with installation.

Anti-virus is a mandatory. Bit Defender antivirus+ is an outstanding product that will not bog down your computer.

Do NOT use driver update programs -- ever. They are very bad news. Full of malware and bad software. If you cannot find the Win7 drivers you need from HP, you have no business replacing Win10 with Win7.

Games are notorious for high computer loads. You may not be able use some of them.

You probably have far too many things starting and running constantly. Reduce the start up applications to a bare minimum.

    Run ADWcleaner to remove malware.

You are aware that Windows 7 is EOL? Look at the link below and check out questions and answers.

    Windows 7 support ended on January 14, 2020 (microsoft.com)

How old is your computer? What browser are you using? The browser may be EOL too. See Q&As in link above.
