Is there a way to do a clean uninstall of the Realtek Audio driver?

So I've been having problems with my audio drivers for the past 5 days, when I enter my device manager I get 2 different errors randomly:

*This device cannot start. (Code 10) {Operation Failed} The requested operation was unsuccessful.

*This device cannot start. (Code 10) Insufficient system resources exist to complete the API.

And sometimes I have no error but I have no audio, so what I do as a temporary fix is click on update driver and if I get the option to roll back driver it fixes temporary my audio but then I hear like a sizzling and then my audio disappears again and I get one of the 2 errors mentioned or I just simply don't have audio;

I've tried uninstalling the driver and downloading the latest from my motherboard brand (Gigabyte B450M Gaming) and from the Realtek website but neither work I'm guessing since it's already pretty messed my drivers, and the setup also get stuck on a loop, every time I restart my PC it just keep showing the same setup and the same message that it has uninstalled my driver and that I need to restart my PC again;

I've also tried

*System restore

*Updating my BIOS

*Trying my headset on the front ports of my PC

*Running the DISM command

*Deleting the upper and lower values from the registry editor

*Deleting the old drivers from C:\windows\system32\drivers and C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository

And a few other "solutions" I've found on Youtube, I really don't want to just reset my PC since it's a pain to configure everything again, hope there's a way to do a clean install;

Btw my headset is a Razer Kraken X Lite.

*EDIT, when it disconnects it shows these two options or just the LG FULL HD which is my monitor on my sound icon,

And this are the drivers details from my Realtek Audio drivers,

And this is the error I get,

    Hi, DId you try the DDU process? I'm trying rignt now because of a similar issue (most of version of realtek driver just uninstall something, get reboot and again uninstall something instead of just continuing the installation, in some point stop uninstalling but never continues to intallation).

    I have sound but I can't activate the front panel because this thing is not giving me any option for realtek audio manager.

    I already tried processes with device manager (uninstalling, reinstalling, update) and nothing fix it.

    Finally I used DDU, no internet connection, reboot, install driver (6.0.9.235.1, this version installs different and doesn't request reboot or uninstall or something else, it just install apparently). Now I tried again looking for the realtek audio manager and nothing. The apps and features show the program but device manager shows something like... the default audio driver. I'm completely bothered right now.

    https://www.sysnative.com/forums/threads/utilizing-ddu-display-driver-uninstaller-properly.33174/

    follow the instructions from that site in using the Display Driver Uninstaller program and removing the Realtek audio drivers, reboot and then install any of these Realtek audio drivers from the Gigabyte web site [either v6.0.9225.1 or 6.0.9235.1] (by using its setup.exe program and NOT from Device Manager) and then reboot again for the drivers to take affect.

    Important quote from that site:

    "You MUST disconnect your internet or completely block Windows Update when running DDU until you have re-installed your new drivers. Remember to turn Updates back on!"

    Can you uninstall the driver in Settings > Apps > Apps & Features as well as in the Device Manager?

    In the Device Manager if it doesn't prompt you whether you want to uninstall the software then the driver will reinstall at restart. This is how drivers get reinstalled in Device Manager.

    If the driver has installed itself in the onboard driver folders in Windows System 32 directory, then it must be surgically removed as shown here:

    Hi and thanks for you reply,

    So from the first article when i try to uninstall the driver it just comes back up again every time;

    From the second article i don't have Microsoft’s UAA Bus Driver to disable and when i try to add a legacy hardware it says the it did not find any new hardware on my computer;

    From the third article when i click show hidden devices it showed me a lot of duplicated ones from the Realtek driver and i deleted them, when i install the Realtek HD Audio Manager it said the it installed succefully but i still get the error on my device manager "This device cannot start. (Code 10) {Operation Failed} The requested operation was unsuccessful."

    And from the last article are things that either were on the other articles or thing that I've already tried,

    Right now it shows as if my driver were working properly but i get no audio,

    If you have any other suggestions please let me know, thanks
