Hi Kenny,
If you cannot see the AMD graphics in the High Performance settings you may need to re-install the device drivers for that.
The AMD Radeon 6770M supports up to DirectX 11, it also does not support DirectX 12

Hello,
I Have recently reset my laptop. It can run any DirectX 9 games and Vulkan games normally, but whenever I try to run games that use DirectX 12, 11 or 10, it says that i need DX12.
For example, when I try to run CS:GO, It runs normally, but when I try to run Valorant on my laptop, it gives me the error saying:
"DX11 feature Level 10.0 is required to run the Engine.", However my laptop already has DirectX 12 Installed.
Before I reset my laptop, I was able to run DX12 games normally.
My specs:
Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit
CPU: Intel Core i7-2670QM
GPU: Intel HD Graphics 3000
RAM: 8 GB
I have tried updating all of my drivers, uninstalling and reinstalling my games, verifying the file integrity of the games, using DXCPL and other stuff, but the error keeps on appearing. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks,
Kenny

Hi Kenny,
Intel indicate that even though DirectX 11 is listed, that Intel HD 3000 graphics processor in reality only supports DirectX 10.1 and they have never updated the device drivers past that level.
Hi Kenny,
I am Dave, I will help you with this.
HD Graphics 3000 is rated as supporting DirectX 10.1, it does not support DirectX 11 or 12.
