Cannot solve the exclamation mark in my bluetooth device

Good forums for all,

I have an exclamation mark in both my Bluetooth and internet adapters. I am using windows 11 and tried all possible solutions I found on the web. I solved the problem with the internet by buying an additional USB internet adapter, but want to solve the Bluetooth issue.

I suspect there is a deeper problem with my Bluetooth adapter apart from some software issues, but I do not know how to check it either.

If you know some ways to solve the issue, can you please share them with me? I will try each of them.

    Yes, I see an exclamation mark. Below, you can see the general appearance of the driver and the error message. I hope this is what you are looking for.

    Hi Miguel, again,

    I did as you said: I chose the "repair" option for the Chipset driver, and installed networking and Bluetooth ones. However, there are still exclamation marks in both of them.

    One thing I could not figure out, the Bluetooth driver that I installed from Asus is 22.110.0.2, but my Bluetooth device still has 22.150.0.6.

    Do you have something in your mind that I can do? :/

    Please, install the Chipset, Networking and Bluetooth drivers that are listed in this website, official for your model and for Windows 11 (64-bit) systems: https://www.asus.com/supportonly/X510UNR/HelpDe...

    Please, do it in the specified order and restarting your device every single install.

    Tell me how that goes! :)

    My computer model is ASUS X510UNR and BIOS Date & Version is American Megatrends Inc. X510UNR.309, 5/14/2019.

    Could you please tell me what is your device model, and your BIOS Date & Version (Windows key + R > msinfo32)? It will be useful to check what exact files you will need.
