can't download files from an ftp server

I managed to find a way to solve the issue , it was in the control panel > internet option > internet properties , in the security settings . thanks for the help every one 👍

The answer to this may vary depending on what browser or program you're trying to use for the download and type of FTP, but you may find this helpful IF you are using only the native Windows firewall. Yes , and I tried to disable windows defender too

It's telling you what is wrong, check your security settings. Do you allow everything to be downloaded to your computer?
