There isn’t any improvement, I don’t know how to use crystal disk.
Disk Drive Corrupted, Can't delete files, Can't run /r on chkdsk, Can't Factory Reset, Can't use any advanced menu options.
My disk drive is corrupted as I checked using the chkdsk command followed by a c: /x, and it said that it had some corrupted files but it couldn't do anything about them because of it being 'read-only' but it didn't have the attribute.
When I ran a chkdsk c: /f it said 'Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another process. Would you like to schedule this volume to be checked the next time the system restarts? (Y/N)' I typed Y, then on restart it didn't do anything, I went onto the advanced menu via SHIFT + restart and all of the options rebooted my PC/took me back to the login menu.
I have tried deleting my apps/games but they weren't actually deleted so they would come back after reboot.
I can't transfer a windows 10 to my USB as it gives the blue screen saying 'Something went wrong :(' and that happens when I try to factory reset and hard factory reset.
Could somebody please help me resolve this issue.

2022-09-19T11:11:31+00:00 Please check drive's health with third party CrystalDiskInfo tool. And re-run
chkdsk C: /r /scan
command and see if there are some improvements.

Then I'd suggest trying a full format of the drive and clean installing the OS if Windows installer usb allows it (it can block hard drives if it feels that the drives health it bad). Otherwise, new drive is next up and clean install of Windows.
You might not want to rely on chkdsk here as it can only try at best. But, if you backup your important files to another drive then you can do whatever and it won't matter :) If you cannot then you better be extremely cautious about doing anything even using the computer.
