I can not find a driver for a HP Laserjet printer 1012 that works on windows 11

Please help

    I've checked for a driver on Microsoft Bing, and found the site for hp offering drivers, however no operating system past windows vista is listed, however i did find this YouTube video that shows you how to manually add the drivers, in WIndows 11, i'll list the link below:

    Hi Paul. I'm Greg, 10 years awarded Windows MVP, here to help you.

    The latest driver it has is for Vista which is ancient and won't run on Windows 10 or 11 except by a fluke. You can see if WIndows Update delivers any kind of driver, but really why bother? You can buy a new all-in one printer on Amazon that prints wirelessly from every device in the house for around $100.

    You could try installing the latest driver in Compatibility Mode but I doubt it will work:

    Report back results for each step so I know what else to suggest.
