Well, that's not entirely true. After trying the last 2-3 months, last week (10 days ago) it worked in my HP Notebook, but when I tried again days later It did not. It will be a big loss for Microsoft Users if this app is not available anymore. The app you mentioned is "useless". You must be present, keep answering questions, and at the end, you don't really know if anything has been fixed or not. Is like replacing a Rolex with a Chinese 10 days warranty watch.
Obviously things are changing on the Microsoft "Customer Service" list.
