Few laptop-embedded biometrics drivers can be downloaded and installed through windows updates.
go to settings, then on windows update, then enable four optional features, then check windows update.

my biometrics was not working when i updated to windows 11, online suggestion said to uninstall and install again but i could not install it after uninstalling it. please help to fix this issue. i did a factory reset and till no use. i tried all the possible outcomes but it was of no use. how can i fix this problem.

2022-07-31T09:14:12+00:00 Hi Paul, it is a Fujitsu LifebookN U7411, it has a fingerprint scanner and it worked perfectly with windows 10, but when i ungraded to windows 11; it stopped working and in the process of trying to make it work, i uninstalled the biometrics driver from device manager.
please help to fix this issue. -
