Android/USB Driver Problem in File Explorer of Windows 11
I had previously installed windows 10 on my same PC when I can easily connect and browse my android smartphone device files through my PC just by connecting it with a USB data cable. But after shifting to Windows 11, my android smartphone is not showing in File Explorer anymore.
After connecting my Android smartphone to the PC with USB Data Cable, I can hear the connection sound that, the smartphone is successfully connected to the PC.
I do find it on the "Connected Device" list on the settings but can't access it, perhaps it is written under the device name that the necessary driver is not found. Now, I need to know which driver is needed to access Android Smartphones on PC and where can i find it, or which website is trusted enough to download missing PC drivers.

2022-07-28T06:56:45+00:00 Hi Ahmad A Nufaer,
Welcome to Microsoft Community and we regret the inconvenience caused to you.
There are many kinds of issues, such as your Android phone's motherboard is not compatible with Windows 11. May I know if the android phone can display the charging prompt when you connect the USB cable? You may log into the relevant Android website to see if there are drivers available for your machine, such as this Disclaimer: This is a non-Microsoft website. The page appears to be providing accurate and safe information. Watch out for ads on the site that may advertise products frequently classified as PUP (Potentially Unwanted Products). Thoroughly research any product advertised on the site before you decide to download and install it.
And I suggest you update the USB driver and try another USB port or if you have another one (USB cable). Or do you have another android phone to test? Thank you for your patience!
